colon cleanse

Michael Hutchins asked:

One of my personal training clients asked me if believed in colon cleansing scam. My of my clients had been bombarded with the sensational claims made by various colon cleanse product manufacturers, and they to the facts. So it mf to investigate the various products, in or to determine if the glorious claims were valid.

So, what are some of the claims?

The claims range ae from relief from constipation, to preventing colon cancer, and all ps in between. My individuals reported weight losses of 10-15 lbs, in 7-10 days!

It is important to understand that the weight loss is result of cleansing impacted fecal matter from the walls of the colon, not loss of body fat.

However, it IS weight loss, just the same! Virtually all individuals report dramatic increase in energy levels, and overall vitality. My report improvements in quality and duration of sleep.

The increase in energy can be traced to factors. First, losing signifficant amounts of waste that literally has been clogging the colon, has GOT to improve energy and vitality.

Secondly, the removal of this impacted matter dramatically improves the function of the colon in terms of the absorption of dietary nutrients. We get to actually benefit from the food we eat.

So, why claims of colon cleansing scam?

Probably because relatively little research exists that either confirms or denies, the benefits of colon cleansing. Particularly, at home methods of colon cleansing as opposed to colon irrigation.

The relative lack of research is surprising considering the widespread in colon health. Most of the benefits that consumers hear about are ce studies by the manufacturers.

In conclusion, don’t believe in colon cleansing scam. However, consumers should be aware that the results of colon cleanse will dr from person to person.

So, Is colon cleanse right for you?
